The exact scope depends on your background, but in every role at Ghost you will:

• Propose and own bold projects with meaningful business impact
• Collaborate cross-functionally (in Swedish and English) in our Stockholm office
• Move fast, iterate rapidly, and learn from customers and teammates
• Communicate your thought process and results clearly

A Strong Fit — Who Thrives Here

Ghost is not your typical recruiting company. You’ll be a strong fit if you:

• Can articulate a concrete contribution area for Ghost (engineering, GTM, etc.), using real examples from your past
• Thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments (bonus if you’ve founded or worked at startups)
• Show ownership—seeing things through from idea to execution
• Are curious about technology, especially AI and automation in recruiting
• Ideally, have worked in HR tech, recruiting platforms, SaaS, or relevant workflow automation
• Are fluent in both Swedish _and_ English, professionally
